LITIGATION/DISPUTES

We’re There For You

Most cases settle before trial, but you need an attorney who is able to pursue a case through trial to make sure that you have the best chance for a successful outcome. The attorneys at Raff Law, APC are experienced litigators who enjoy being in court and are eager to win cases for our clients. That said, regardless of how much we enjoy cases, we know that litigation is expensive, time-consuming, and stressful for our clients.

We will work with you to provide an honest assessment of what we think the case is worth, or what your liability is, and from there we will try to bridge the gap between the parties to work out a settlement that everyone can be happy with. Sometimes that’s not possible, but we will do everything we can to find a reasonable settlement, including recommending ADR (alternative dispute resolution) services such as mediation and arbitration.
